2. Services Provided

Kabijo specializes in professional pool filter installation and comprehensive pool maintenance services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Installation of pool filtration systems (sand, cartridge, and diatomaceous earth filters)
  • Regular pool maintenance and cleaning services
  • Water quality testing and chemical balancing
  • Filter cleaning, repair, and replacement
  • Pool equipment inspection and diagnostics
  • Seasonal pool opening and closing services
  • Emergency repair services
  • Consultation and advisory services for pool care

3. Service Appointments and Scheduling

All service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, by phone, or via email. We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling times, though availability may vary based on seasonal demand. Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3.1 Access Requirements

Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the pool area for our technicians. Any obstacles, locked gates, or aggressive pets must be addressed prior to the scheduled appointment. If our team cannot access the pool area safely, the appointment may be rescheduled, and standard cancellation fees may apply.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices for services are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Detailed quotes will be provided before commencing any work. Payment terms are as follows:

  1. Deposits: For major installations or equipment purchases, a deposit of 30-50% may be required to secure the booking and order necessary materials.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash.
  3. Payment Due: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. Late Payments: Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late payment fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
  5. Disputed Charges: Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 7 days of invoice receipt.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Kabijo stands behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. We offer the following warranties:

  • Labor Warranty: All installation and repair work is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion.
  • Equipment Warranty: New equipment and parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist with warranty claims as needed.
  • Service Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal service delivery and maintain your pool's condition, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about pool specifications, existing equipment, and any known issues
  • Follow recommended maintenance schedules and care instructions
  • Notify Kabijo immediately of any equipment malfunctions or water quality concerns
  • Ensure proper storage of chemicals and equipment as advised by our technicians
  • Maintain safe access to the pool area during scheduled service visits

7. Limitation of Liability

While Kabijo exercises the utmost care and professionalism in all services provided, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to pool structures, equipment, or surrounding property not caused by our services
  • Damage resulting from client negligence or failure to follow maintenance recommendations
  • Issues arising from third-party equipment or installations not performed by Kabijo
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events
  • Consequential or indirect damages, including loss of use of the pool

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Health and Safety

Kabijo is committed to maintaining the highest health and safety standards. Our technicians are trained and equipped to work safely. Clients must inform us of any site-specific hazards, including electrical issues, structural concerns, or environmental hazards. We reserve the right to suspend work if conditions are deemed unsafe until such conditions are remedied.

8.1 Chemical Safety

Pool chemicals can be hazardous if mishandled. We provide guidance on proper chemical storage and handling. Clients are responsible for maintaining chemicals in a safe, dry, and secure location away from children and pets.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kabijo website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kabijo and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected during service provision will be used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 11. Modifications to Terms

  • Client requests violate applicable laws or regulations

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
